Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened products including soaps, body butters, scrubs, oils, and other skincare items.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
• Product arrives damaged during shipping• Incorrect product was sent• Order cannot be fulfilled
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations
