Epicurusi Aroma

At Epicurusi Aroma, each product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, we maintain the following return policy.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened products including soaps, body butters, scrubs, oils, and other skincare items.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

• Product arrives damaged during shipping• Incorrect product was sent• Order cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Please review the ingredient list carefully before purchasing. Epicurusi Aroma is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients.

If you have sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.
